Wedding Agreement

Consultations and quotes 2020

Consultations are offered free of charge by appointment. Quotes will be sent within a week of the consultation. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If you decide to go ahead the booking form and terms and conditions will be signed by Berry Moor Flowers and you.

Bookings and payments.

When a wedding is booked a deposit of £100 is required to secure the date and Berry Moor Flowers services. The £100 will be subtracted from the final wedding invoice. You will receive a final invoice 6 weeks before your wedding. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Payment in full is required at this time.

Deliveries and set up

Deliveries of the wedding flowers including bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and button holes will always be delivered to where the bride is unless otherwise agreed. Any discrepancies need to be communicated immediately.

Deliveries and set up at your chosen venue will be done in accordance with the venues policies and procedures.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation the booking fee will not be refunded. Any cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding will require the booking fee and 50% of the final balance to be paid. Any cancellations within 14 days of the wedding will require the booking fee and full balance to be paid.

Details

Your quote will include in detail the flowers ,foliage and props to be used. Fresh flowers are dependant on weather conditions and on rare occasions a substitute may have to be used. I will always notify you of any changes made. Containers and hired items will be collected within a week of the wedding. I will not be responsible for any injuries or damages sustained in the event of broken glass and materials sustained at the wedding and reception. Removal of flowers from the venue will be your responsibility unless this is arranged in advance

Photography

Berry Moor Flowers reserve the right to take photographs of flowers and the setting prior to the wedding which may be used for promotional purposes.
